A receipt in a few seconds
Choose the head, enter the amount and print – or send it on WhatsApp. Each receipt gets the next number by itself; a saved receipt cannot be changed, only cancelled by the president with a reason.
Waqf receipts are marked separately, so the Waqf account is always clean.
The ledger the auditor asks for

Questions committees ask
Is it in Tamil?
Yes. All screens, receipts, registers and reports are in Tamil. Names can be typed in Tamil or English.
Our committee changes every few years. What happens?
The new president gets a new login; the old login is switched off. All records stay with the masjid.
Can the Waqf board contribution be worked out?
Yes. Set the percentage once; the software takes the Waqf income, deducts the allowed expenses and shows the amount due.
We have our family list in Excel or a Google Form.

Does anyone else see our accounts?
No. Every masjid has its own separate database and web address. Only the logins you create can open it.
